How to get your parents to trust you agian.?

im still young im 15 and a female
i made some bad decions and took pills at a party and ended up in the hospital about 2months ago.
and i havent been able to do anything since then.
and i stay locked in the house and i get freaked out bc i cant stand being here and just want to leave.
and every now and then i wonder off bc i have to get out then it just causees me more trouble.
im not out doing anything bad.
but idk what to i cant stay home i get mad and go crazy.
i hate it at my house.
i want to just runaway but id get in even mroe trouble.
help
what should i do?
